'Total lockdown': It has been revealed that Demi Moore is being treated at the Cirque Lodge rehabilitation centre in Utah
Demi Moore is being treated at a rehab clinic in Utah, it has been revealed.
The 49-year-old actress is said to be on 'total lockdown' at the exclusive £1,000-a-night Cirque Lodge addiction treatment centre in Sundance, according to E! News, where she is being treated for 'an eating disorder and addiction issues'.
A source told the news outlet that Moore checked into the centre the week after she was hospitalised following a collapse.
The source told E! News: 'She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.
'It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help.'
Demi was hospitalised following a collapse at her Los Angeles home on January 23rd.
She is rumoured to have indulged in vast amounts of nitrous oxide, which led to her requiring treatment.
At the time of her collapse her rep quickly released a statement saying the Ghost star was seeking 'professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.'
It was claimed following the actress' hospitalisation that her estranged husband Ashton Kutcher had encouraged her to seek help at a rehabilitation centre.

The insider claimed: 'Ashton knows the addict has to want to get help for themselves. There is a lot of noise around Demi right now, and Ashton wants her to know he is there for her and supports her no matter what.
Another source claimed that Demi's first husband Bruce Willis had previously urged her to get help shortly before her split from Ashton.
The source told People.com: 'He was worried about her and wanted her to get better. Many of her friends did the same thing, but she just wouldn’t listen.'
She needs help: Demi's ex-husband Bruce Willis and estranged husband Ashton Kutcher have both apparently encouraged the actress to seek help for her issues
‘Ashton absolutely wants her to get help for what he thinks is the biggest threat to her health, anorexia, but Demi just isn't ready to take that next step yet.'
The Cirque Lodge centre is no stranger to celebrity visitors, having reportedly previously treated stars including Lindsay Lohan and Eva Mendes.
It had previously been claimed that Moore, who has not been seen in public since her hospitalisation, was being looked after by friends and family at her home in Los Angeles.
