Akira Corassani vs. Jason Young added to UFC on FUEL TV 2

Another countryman has been added to April's UFC on FUEL TV 2 event in Sweden.

"The Ultimate Fighter 14" cast member Akira  Corassani (9-3 MMA, 0-0 UFC) meets fellow featherweight Jason Young (8-5 MMA, 0-2 UFC) at the overseas show.

UFC officials confirmed the fight with Swedish site mmanytt.seMMAjunkie.com(www.mmajunkie.com) subsequently confirmed it with event sources.

UFC on FUEL TV 2 takes place April 14 at Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm. The main card airs on FUEL TV (live on Saturday afternoon in the U.S.), and as MMAjunkie.com first reported, some prelims are expected to stream on Facebook.

It's not clear where Corassani vs. Young will be positioned on the lineup.

Corassani was a fiery (and sometimes-hated) member of the "TUF 14" cast. After a semifinal finish on the reality series, the Renzo Gracie-trained fighter was forced out of a bout on the show's live finale due to an injury. He now makes his UFC debut coming off a regional-show TKO loss to Paul Reed in February 2011. Prior to that, the karate and Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt was on a six-fight win streak.

Young gets a third chance at a first UFC win. The British fighter and Cage Rage veteran made his octagon debut in 2011 and suffered decision losses to Dustin Poirier (UFC 131) and Michihiro Omigawa (UFC 138). Prior to the UFC contract, he was on a 4-1 run with three decision victories. He now finds himself in a must-win situation.
