Brogue at the engagement party
For those that are closely following the Brian Mcfadden engagement news (us, no idea why we're so obsessed but we are), we have an update. Brian and fiancee Vogue (aka. 'Brogue' to Brian) Williams made their engagement official over the weekend with a small bash at Harry's Bar in Dublin. It was a close friends-only affair, following a weekend of celebrations with Brian's family in his hometown, Artane. It also involved Vogue showing off her engagement ring A LOT.
Last week Brogue tweeted 'Goodbye Australia, see you soon Ireland!!' following the announcement of their engagement on Twitter a few days earlier. Brian has since been Tweeting about his daughter liking brown sauce, so he's obviously caught up with Molly and Lily - a novelty, if you believe Kerry Katona - while he's been over here too.
On Saturday night, 26-year-old reality star/model/ DJ Vogue seemed a tad weighed down by the gorgeous new rock which 31-year-old Brian must have sold all his Westlife CDs to buy. Its beauty detracts - but not for very long - from the fact that this is the third engagement purchase of Brian McFadden's romantic life. The first of course was for ex wife and mother of his two daughters, Kerry Katona, who's probably sold hers now we'd imagine, and the second for Aussie beauty Delta Goodrem.

What a catch...
The party featured a lot of drinking and posing for pictures apparently
Brian called time on his relationship with Delta after seven years last April - four of which they'd spent engaged. Soon after the split, he pledged - with a packet of unlit cigarettes in his mouth - to live as a 'hermit'. But then he saw a really hot woman in a club, and this was all forgotten - Brogue was born.
Brian told OK! Magazine in Australia: "I never really planned to get married to Delta," which is about as charming as that lovely song he wrote about picking up a drunk girl at a bar (You Tube it).
"Vogue and I are actually setting a date and we're actually getting married." Well yes, that's how it normally works.
Perhaps feeling - as you would - like he needed to justfiy getting engaged again after about three dates, Brian added: "It's early [to be engaged] when you think about how long we've been together, but not when you consider the amount of time we've spent together we've literally spent every second of every day together for eight months now."
Literally, Brian, LITERALLY?
Delta commented on the engagement, saying at the G'day USA gala in LA (no, us neither) yesterday: "I wish them the best".
Now dating 19-year-old singer Nick Jonas, Delta said: "I'm in a happy place". So that's good.
Mrs McFadden-to-be-numero-3 is a big star in her native Ireland thanks to her role in RTE reality show Fade Street, which follows a group of four girls living in Dublin.
However, in a recent interview, Vogue admitted she was slightly dubious about the programme at first.
She said: 'I thought it was going to be a bit like The Hills and that made me wary. I thought I would become an easy target, being on a show like that, and I really didn't want to come across like an idiot.'
But then you got engaged to Brian McFadden, so...
