When celebrities start parking illegally, the police have got to nip it (sorry) in the bud. Which is why Lindsay Lohan - and her very prominent bra-less nipples - were slapped with two parking tickets yesterday in LA.
Lindsay got the tickets while she was shopping (er, we hope) in a jewellery store in LA. She came out holding a small shopping bag (a good sign) and found not one, but two parking tickets on her windscreen. Oh Lindsay...
Li-Lo - who is currently on probation in connection to stealing a necklace, which must have made the jewellers a bit nervous - had ditched her bra for the shopping trip, and was clearly flashing a bit of nipple through her black top. Apart from the nipple slip, she was looking quite stylish in her jeans, ankle boots and leather jacket.
Lindsay is on schedule to complete her supervised court probation in just over ten weeks, and is said to have some films (yep, we know - shocker) in the pipeline.

One of them is a bipic of Elizabeth Taylor, but Lindsay is said to be competing for the role against actresses including Megan Fox.
"I've been talking to Lindsay Lohan directly, and with her reps, and have been in conversations with other actresses, including Megan Fox," Larry Thompson, the executive producer of the film said. "It's a very serious selection," he added. "It's like casting for Hollywood royalty."
Maybe Lindsay was in that jewellers picking up a little tiara then. That could totally fit in that bag.
