Britney Spears' ex husband Kevin Federline has reportedly collapsed with heart problems, while on the set of a reality weight loss show in Australia. There were initial worries that it was a heart attack, but that's now been confirmed that that is not the case.

The incident is being reported in Australia - where Kevin was appearing on a show called Excess Baggage. Kevin was training with an AFL team as part of the show when he complained of chest pains, and was taken to hospital.

"Kevin was at Doonside with the [Giants], completing an AFL-related challenge," a spokesman for the Nine network who knows a lot more about sports than we do, said.
"He did his challenge, which was running and catching the ball, then while his [in-series weight-loss partner] was taking the same challenge, he reported chest pains and a racing heart.
"Obviously on this show we have a lot of paramedics on stand by and they treated him for the first signs of a minor cardiac arrest, called an ambulance and had him taken to hospital.
"They want to do blood tests and [he] is likely to be there until at least late tonight [Monday]."

It's not the first time that ex-dancer K-Fed - who's had a long battle with his weight - has suffered medical problems on the show. Earlier this series, he collapsed and was treated for heat stress.
A spokesman for Channel Nine said that it was "definitely, positively" not a PR stunt, which we assume was in answer to a question - otherwise it sounds like they're protesting too much.
